When developing the technology behind the Tecnique line, we made sure to understand the different needs of those who will use our machines We concluded that the fundamental element for anyone wanting to produce perfect coffee is absolute control of delivery temperature. We equipped the machine with an interface consisting of buttons with high pressure-response accuracy, enhancing the bartender’s sensitivity and control over daily functions.

The choice of materials for the VBM Tecnique models was based on two fundamental decisions: on one hand, we wanted to create a product that respects VBM’s tradition in steel processing, and on the other hand, we aimed to create a product with superior build quality. We achieved this by creating a frame of cast plastic material that fully encloses the machine body and by covering all plastic parts with a layer of optimal-quality stainless steel.
