The Nuova Aurelia MP coffee machine offers a wide range of options to optionally expand its equipment to suit your specific requirements.

It offers: double-walled steam wand, e-milk function, hot water temperature controller, active cup warmer, portafilter recognition system, coffee machine-grinder communication function, and Telemetry kit.

E-milk function: a spout with a special sensor that automatically starts frothing when immersed in milk. Once you place the spout in the rest position, it will automatically clean itself.

Portafilter recognition system:

Each portafilter is linked to a specific recipe that the machine can recognize.

Communication between the grinder and the machine:

They share information via Bluetooth, so if anything changes with the coffee during the day, the grinder will automatically adjust the settings.

Latte preset function:
